Lower primary
In the lower primary section, students follow a curriculum in eleven learning areas.
The subjects are - Chinese, Bahasa Melayu, English, Maths, Pelajaran Am
(General Paper), Computer, Music, P.E, Moral, Art and Civics. Instruction is in
Malay except for Chinese and English language subjects. Science is introduced only from
Primary 3 onwards and is taught in English.

Upper primary

In the upper primary level, students follow a curriculum in thirteen learning
areas. The subjects are - Chinese, Bahasa Melayu, English, Maths, Science,
Geography, Sejarah (History), Computer, Music, P.E, Moral, Art and Civics.
However, students only sit five papers in the P.S.R examination: Bahasa Malayu,
English, Maths, Science and General Paper (Sejarah and Geography). The medium
of instruction is English except for Chinese, Bahasa Melayu and History, which is taught in Malay.
